REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equal qualification. Demonstrable competency in appearing Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Must be pc literate in packages Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent organizing and planning skills. Ability to work independently and underneath pressure. Integrity, reliability, tolerance and determined. Able to act independently and work prolonged hours. Excellent administration skills. Knowledge of bibliographic records standards on posted works, library offerings polices and procedure, SCM Procedure, departmental insurance policies and procedures.

DUTIES : Provide administrative aid services. Prepare Library cloth obtained from suppliers for exhibitions and technique the return of unselected materials. Order, procure and procedure library substances with the ambit of grant Chain Management and property administration functions. Select and prepare library substances for processing purposes. Receive processed object and link catalogue report on the system. Verify right labelling in opposition to bibliographic information. File again library material. Provide assist with placing up inventory and inventory taking. Render series improvement services. Search for gadgets on cataloguing on bibliographic database. Sort and prioritise gadgets for cataloguing. Sort back Library fabric via identification for filling, discard, repair, binding, requirements. Prepare listing and dispatch new objects for collection. Update correct SLIMS archives related to belongings allocation information. Circulate unique collections and audiovisual cloth on brief loan.
