The Insurance Business Area specialises in using a range of options to add value to our clients in a significant way. We are looking for relatively talented, bright and driven people to be part of our team and empower a client-centric culture. This location is constantly evolving and is a place where the place inspired staff thrive and the place worker ownership and accountability leads to significant results.

In our journey to reposition Insurance as a service, this team is focused on developing extensive industry fees for our organisation. And to do this, we aim to build a pipeline of capabilities within Insurance who are passionate about serving our clients without delay or directly – this will enable the development in Africa that we all want to see.

Knowledge and skills you can explore include: Operations, Short/Long Term Insurance, Customer Service, Complaints Resolution, Claims Inquiries, Learning and Development

If you are passionate about learning and acquiring a valuable place of business competencies anywhere within Insurance, this Apprenticeship program will enable you to develop in this specialized field. Under the mentorship of our Insurance leaders, you will reap rides across a whole range of options within insurance plan streams which include but are now not limited to:

Qualifications

Complete Matric with Math or Math Lit with 60% and above
Additional Information

Must be a South African citizen
Must be between the long time of 18 and 30
Not be employed for more than six (6) months
Not be registered on any other learnership
Not be studying at any other institution
