REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 and an LLB Degree or a 4 (4) 12 months Legal qualification. A minimal of two (2) years’ criminal journey acquired after qualification, MR3: LLB Degree or equal plus a minimal of two years publish qualification trip in felony profession. MR4: LLB Degree or equal plus
minimum of 8 years put up qualification ride in criminal profession. MR5: LLB Degree or equal plus a minimal of 14 years submit qualification journey in criminal profession. DUTIES : Manage and execute quasi-judicial functions, Co-ordination of Case Flow, Management aid system to the Judiciary and Prosecution, Manage the issuing of all processes, Initiating Court Proceedings, Co-ordinate, deciphering services, appeals and reviews, Process unopposed divorces and the facilitation of Pre-Trial conferences, Quality assessments on Criminal Record Book, Authenticate signatures of Legal Practitioners, Notaries and Sworn Translators, Supervision and administration of staff, Provide sensible education and help to the Registrars’ Clerks, Ensure annotation of applicable publications, codes, acts and rules, Attend to and execute requests from the Judiciary in connection with instances and case associated matters, Exercise manage over the management and safekeeping of case files and the report room, Deal with the archives in phrases of the applicable codes and Legislation.
