Job Summary

The Head of Cards and Payments will lead the strategic direction, development, and administration of the Cards and Payments portfolio inside the Retail Banking Business (RBB) for the Africa Regional Office (ARO). This position is equal to a Head of Product and is accountable for riding product innovation, bettering patron experience, and making sure operational excellence in card and charge services.
Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and enforce the strategic roadmap for the Cards and Payments portfolio.
Align product techniques with universal commercial enterprise targets and market trends.
Drive innovation in card and fee merchandise to decorate consumer cost and market competitiveness.
Product Management:

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of card and price products, which includes debit, credit, pay as you go cards, and digital charge solutions.
Ensure product choices meet regulatory necessities and enterprise standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to supply seamless product launches and enhancements.
Customer Experience:

Enhance purchaser trip thru modern product elements and most efficient carrier delivery.
Monitor purchaser comments and market tendencies to continually enhance product offerings.
Implement consumer retention and loyalty applications to extend product utilization and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:

Ensure environment friendly and invulnerable processing of card transactions and payment operations.
Manage relationships with charge networks, vendors, and companions to optimize carrier delivery.
Oversee hazard administration and compliance associated to card and fee operations.
Financial Management:

Develop and manipulate the price range for the Cards and Payments portfolio.
Monitor economic overall performance and put in force techniques to attain income and profitability targets.
Conduct economic evaluation and reporting to help decision-making.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a group of product managers and operational staff.
