REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10 or 7-12 – months driver/messenger experience; plus A legitimate driver’s licence (minimum code B). Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of the tactics to function the motor automobile e.g. tactics to reap day out authorities, whole the logbooks of the motor
vehicle, attain consumables (e.g. petrol) and attain simple offerings (e.g. fixing a flat tyre). Knowledge of the prescripts for the right utilisation of the motor automobile e.g. how and for what functions can the motor automobile be utilised, what are the necessities for the storage of the vehicle. Knowledge of city(ies) in which the features will be performed. Knowledge of the strategies to make sure that the motor automobile is maintained properly. Communication competencies (verbal
and writing). Negotiation and problem-solving skills. Organizing and planning skills. Innovative and innovative skills. Ability to interpret and practice instructions. Basic literacy skills. Openness and transparency skills. The best candidate must be in a position to work as phase of a team, should have correct interpersonal relations, be punctual, reliable, flexible, capability to work underneath pressure. She/he should additionally be honest, have integrity, be receptive to thoughts and suggestions, trustworthy, loyal, accountable, responsible, friendly, courteous, diplomatic, open minded and independent.

DUTIES: Drive mild and medium motor cars to transport passengers and supply different gadgets (mail and/or documents). Routine renovation on the allotted automobile and record defects timeously. Complete all the required and prescribed documents and logbook with regard to the car and the
goods handled. Render a clerical support/messenger provider in the applicable office, this would, inter alia, entail the following; Collect and supply documentation and associated gadgets in the Department; Copy and fax documents; Assist in the registry thing as and when required.
