Key Responsibilities:
Real-Time Workforce Optimisation

System Support and Maintenance

Qualifications and Experience:
A tertiary qualification in Math, Statistics, Commerce, or Information Technology (BSc, BCom, or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of ride in a comparable Workforce Management role
Proficiency in WFM equipment (scheduling, forecasting, and real-time management)
Advanced MS Office skills, mainly in database evaluation and problem-solving
Experience with structures such as Aspect (Alvaria), Genesis, Dayforce, Kronos, or Total IX
Skills:
Real-time personnel administration and scheduling
Timesheet and agenda adherence reporting
Incident and structures support, with information in HR And WFM structures and Tools
Analysis of personnel records to pick out developments and inform decision-making
