Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE
Identity and put into effect Best Operating Practices from a shop accounting perspective. To make certain that all monetary statistics & transactions are precisely captured & reconciled to produce correct trial balances and monetary reports. KEY
PERFORMANCE AREAS
Reconciliation of financial institution account ledgers and cashups on a every day basis
Reconciliation of weekly Drop Shipment and DC Warehouse dealer accounts
Maintenance of universal ledger accounts
Balancing & reporting on every day sales
Ensuring all stability sheet recons are executed timeously and precisely for month give up reporting
Capturing and reviewing of journal entries
Supervision of shop admin team
Managing and controlling of files administration systems
Maintain constant asset registers
Support all adhoc finance projects
Managing fee submissions
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric with Accounting and Mathematics
Related tertiary qualification (Or analyzing towards)
3 years’ applicable journey in FMCG
Accuracy and potential to pay interest to detail
Assertive
Analytical with robust recon skills
Ability to work properly beneath pressure
Organized and dependable
Work to timelines and deadlines
Excel intermediate mandatory
SAP trip advantageous
EasyAcc trip required
