About the Programme
This 18-month learnership targets to increase beginners into knowledgeable Procurement Officers. The programme will equip contributors with theoretical knowledge, sensible skills, and workplace-based ride in procurement and provide chain management.
Number of Positions: 10
(including five reserved for People with Disabilities)
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
Be unemployed and no longer presently enrolled in any learnership or educational programme.
Not keep any post-matric qualification.
Hold a Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics Literacy and English at Level four or higher.
Submit a SAQA/NLRD verification record (download from SAQA website).
Be a South African citizen with a legitimate SA ID.
Be between 18 and 35 years old.
For People with Disabilities:
Must post proof of incapacity (Doctor’s Certificate or ITRDD13).
Deaf or hard-of-hearing candidates have to organize their very own interpreter.

Duties & Learnership Responsibilities
As a Procurement Officer Learner, you will:
Assist in the implementation of operational procurement schedules.
Help manipulate grant contracts and relationships.
Monitor procurement overall performance and compliance.
Attend and take part in school room learning.
Complete assignments, logbooks, and assessments.
