Duties & Responsibilities
Rostering
Training of room attendants
Ensure personnel observe protection and hygiene protocols
Mentor and encourage crew contributors
Allocating on undertaking sheet
Facilitating pre-shift briefings
Inspecting room and public areas to make sure its meet the required standard
Manage inventory and materials
Managing desciplining of body of workers
Reporting maintance problems

Skills and Competencies
Must have Hotel Supervisory trip
Strong human beings skills
Strong conversation skills
Able to work independently and below pressure.

Minimum of five years pc associated journey – exel, word, outlook
Minimum four years supervisory journey in a comparable environment.
