Job Title: Housekeeper (Casual Staff)
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
Job Type: 12-month fixed contract (casual)

The resort is a leading hospitality establishment committed to providing excellent service and a warm atmosphere. They are looking for dedicated individuals to join their housekeeping team on a casual basis to ensure their company experiences a relaxed and easy going environment.
Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Your position is essential to fostering a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, which includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping and disinfecting bathrooms.
- Change bed linens, towels and other amenities in accordance with resort standards.
- Restock components in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor immediately.
- Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas ready and tidy.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Follow lodge insurance policies and procedures, which include fitness and security standards.
- Provide pleasant and helpful service to company as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desired with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Strong interest in the element and potential to work independently.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to lift, push or pull devices weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and precise verbal communication skills.
