SALARY : R131 265 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic reading, writing and numerical skills. Experience: Appropriate trip in a large-scale industrial meals provider environment. Inherent necessities of the job: Be capable to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Be healthful and robust capable to elevate heavy objects and be on their ft the whole day. Ability to feature in a crew as nicely work independently and to work beneath pressure. Dress in accordance to departmental specs and adhere to medical institution policy. Interpret standardized recipes, use a scale and do fundamental sums. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good conversation skills, ability to talk effectively. Knowledge of mass manufacturing and cooking strategies for each regular and therapeutic diets. Knowledge of hygiene, Occupation Health and Safety and HACCP principles. Knowledge of National meals provider suggestions Knowledge of fundamental cleansing and upkeep of industrial gear Sound organizing, interpersonal and verbal exchange skills. Ability to work in accordance to regulations and insurance policies to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and beneath pressure.
DUTIES : Pre preparations and manufacturing of all ordinary and therapeutic diets. Weigh, dishing and distribution of patient’s meals and beverages. Assist in receipt and storage of all provisions and inventory in the meals provider unit. Follow right hygiene and security techniques inside the meals carrier unit Follow and adhere to fundamental control, measures and trendy operational procedures. Cleaning of all work areas, storage areas, utensils, and equipment. Assist with casual in-service education of new employees.
