REQUIREMENTS : three years Degree or National Diploma NQF stage 6 in HRM/ Development; three years ride in Human Resource Development; Knowledge of Skills Development Levies Act, Employment Equity Act, SAQA and grasp of SETA features and requirements; Understanding of precept of Adult gaining knowledge of and Human Resource insurance policies and prescripts; Knowledge of monetary administration in relation to PFMA; Occupational Directed Education Training and Development Programme (ODETDP) will be an brought advantage; A legitimate driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Persal);
Numeracy skills; Good interpersonal members of the family and verbal exchange skills; Ability to work independently and as section of a team; Problem fixing capabilities and choice making skills; Project administration skills; Presentation and facilitations skills; Time management; Conflict administration skills.

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Implement Workplace Skills Plan (WSP); Recruit and placement of interns and learners; Administer internships and learnership; Monitor and consider internship and learnership programme; Manage closing of internship and learnership programme.
