Purpose Statement
To administer and deal with all administration on insurance plan claims, things and queries to make sure environment friendly processing and patron service.
Experience
Minimum:
1-2 years’ ride in a banking, insurance, purchaser provider surroundings
At least 1 yr ride in dealing with Funeral insurance plan claims.
Ideal:
Treating Customers pretty (TCF)
Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)
Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS)
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
National Diploma
Knowledge
Understanding of the Claims managing process
Claims Administration knowledge
Knowledge of Funeral Products (ideal)
Understanding of the insurance plan enterprise and regulatory frameworks and our bodies (ideal)
What you will be doing
Process all administration and sequestration things /queries
Liaise with applicable stakeholders
Hand-over of Ad-hoc recuperation associated queries
Ad hoc duties and help the group
