Key Responsibilities
1. Administration
• Issue floats and money up procedures
• Banking
• Laybe buys and cellphones stocktakes
• Oversee the motion of mobile stock
• Stock receiving procedures
• Capture payroll documentation on the organization payroll system
• Implementation of each day admin to-do-list
• Authorising touchy transactions at the until points
2. Stock loss
• Effectively observe all insurance policies and system aimed at minimising inventory loss
3. Sales and inventory management
• Assist with inventory replenishment processes
• Coordinate merchandising promotions
• Coordinate the execution of rate adjustments
• Housekeeping
• Ensure right pricing and VM factors are implemented
4. Customer service
• Deal with consumer queries/complaints
• Ensure that save groups observe the Ackermans client carrier model
