Job purpose

The reason of the job is to optimize income and exceed consumer expectations thru the implementation of the operations method and fine administration of staff.

You will symbolize and be a custodian of the company of our store
Be vigorous and a self-starter
Two (2) years retail journey which consists of at least one yr in a supervisory and or administration position
Outstanding merchandise management, inventory and fee manage skills
The potential to preserve excessive keep standards
A confirmed capability to impact and lead a team
You will have a eager improvement orientation in that you will be stimulated to strengthen your self and fellow group members
Ability to speak efficaciously in English (written and verbal) and competence in a 2nd legitimate language would be a specific advantage
Grade 12 or equivalent
Further skills associated to retail/business will be an advantage
