REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma or Degree in Policing, Security Management or Social Sciences. State Security Agency (SSA) protection advisor’s direction will be an delivered advantage. Three (3) to 5 (5) years administration and (Vetting investigation experience). Certificate in vetting route from State Security Agency (SSA), South African Police Service (SAPS) or South African Defence Intelligence (DI) is required. Qualified Candidate have to be in a position to gain a Top Secret Security Clearance inside a real looking time. Short path in the following areas is required: analysis, battle management, listening and interviewing skills. Knowledge and grasp of public provider law and policies. Knowledge of National Strategic Intelligence Act and MISS. Knowledge of coverage improvement and implementation. Knowledge of security screening technique and administration thereof. Knowledge of contract management. Knowledge of PFMA, PSA etc. Planning, organising and execution. Diplomacy. Report writing. Strategic functionality and leadership. Programme and undertaking management. Financial management. Knowledge management. Service shipping and Innovation (SDI). Problem fixing and analysis. People administration and empowerment. Client orientation and client focus. Communication capabilities (verbal and written). Presentation and analytical skills. Accountability and moral conduct.
DUTIES : Manage the execution of vetting fieldwork investigations as nicely as administration of screening/ Personnel suitability tests procedure inside the department. Develop, control and put in force policies, guidelines, norms and requirements in vetting and investigations for safety clearance levels. Manage resources, tasks and files.
