REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma or Degree in Financial Management. One (1) 12 months trip in monetary matters. Computer literacy, (excel and word). Knowledge and perception on economic legislation, policies, practices and procedures. Knowledge and perception of monetary prescripts such as DORA and PFMA. Knowledge of monetary structures PERSAL, SAP and BAS. Ability to control Accounting and Administration features effectively. Accuracy and interest to detail. Problem solving and analysis. Good communication capabilities each (verbal and written). Accountability and moral conduct.

DUTIES : Render a finances guide service. Assist with the compilation of price range inclusive of MTEF/EANE/ENE through gathering enter from finances holders Verify facts gathered from price range holders. Compare and confirm the evaluation of expenditure in opposition to budget. Identify variances and confirm the identification of variances. Confirm dollars earlier than the expenditure is incurred. Compile money go with the flow projections. Verify the capturing, allocations virement on budgets. Compiling of Year Monitoring (IYM) report. Conduct assembly with Chief User Clerks. Render Support in compilation and manage of budget. Capture the finances in the
financial gadget (BAS). Manage the department’s finances and notify duty managers on viable over/under spending and suggest solutions. Investigate and journalize all misallocations. Ensure the safekeeping of all economic archives by means of retaining an advantageous and environment friendly filling system. Attend to regularly occurring workplace responsibilities and furnish the required monetary information.
