REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Purchasing Management qualification. Three (3) to 5 (5) years’ journey in Supply Chain Management administration environment. Basic Financial administration and understanding of Public Financial Management Act. Knowledge and appreciation of procurement administrative procedures. Knowledge and perception of BAS, SAP and GAAP. Disciplinary information of labour regulation and dispute decision process. Knowledge and grasp of social and Economic improvement issues. Problem fixing and analytical skills. People and Diversity Management. Client Orientation and Customer Focus. Communication skills. Accountability and Ethical Conduct.

DUTIES : Render demand and acquisition support. Update and hold a dealer (including contractors) database. Capture specs on the digital buying system. Issue and get hold of bid documents. Ensure positive and environment friendly manipulate of fleet. Ensure that right approaches are accompanied on issuing of vehicles. Engage provider related to bought substances and price thereof. Check if the data is captured efficaciously on the system. Administer the provision of gentle offerings and contract management. Record all bid files received. Forward applicable archives to bid committee for processing. Manage asset disposal. Do taking pictures of all repayments in the BAS/SAP system. Keep documents of belongings to be disposed. Administer the fee technique for the items and services acquired. Verify the correctness: Accuracy of the invoices. Ensure that items and services are acquired earlier than payment.
