REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Purchasing Management or applicable qualification. Three (3) to 5 (5) years’ ride in Supply Chain Management administration environment. Knowledge and ride of procurement administrative procedures. Knowledge and ride of monetary legislation. Knowledge of BAS, SAP and LOGIS (Attach copies). Knowledge of procurement administrative procedures and SCM prescripts. Knowledge of labour members of the family policies. Basic monetary administration and expertise of PFMA, PPPFA and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge Management. Problem fixing and analytical skills. People and Diversity Management. Client orientation and purchaser focus. Communication. Accountability and Ethical Conduct.

DUTIES : Coordination of demand plans. Contract Management and dedication and accrual registers maintenance. Managing and monitoring orders and payments. Ensure that all procurement is in line with demand plans. Perform quarterly critiques to make sure procurement purchases are in line with demand. Supervise sourcing of quotations. Ensure that all procurement is in line with prescribed law and regulations. Assist with procurement of rate quotations, tenders, contrast and adjudication. Effective Management of controls and reply to audit queries. Analyse procurement trends. Implement policies. Maintenance of provider statistics base. Develop motion plans for the section. Supervise human assets and make certain that PMDS is correctly applied inside section. Compile monthly, quarterly and 12 months give up reviews consisting of contractor/ PSP/Supplier reconciliations.
