Sedibeng TVET College-Vanderbijlpark Campus is searching for three Hospitality Trainees who can be appointed to work in the kitchens to aid Hospitality lecturers.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Must have exceeded all topics for Hospitality N6 or NC(V) L4 A Valid driver’s license will be an delivered advantage)
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work as section of a team.
Ability to observe instructions.
Good verbal exchange skills.
Customer provider skills.
High requirements of hygiene.
Ability to work below pressure
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage coaching in the kitchen.
Control inventory (Equipment in the kitchen)
Responsible for cleanliness of the kitchens, boardroom, and Auditorium
Prepare components for realistic cooking sessions
Assist lecturers all through realistic cooking sessions
Prepare for features (Venues and set up meals stations for
function) Assist with shopping for of ingredients.
And any different responsibility allotted to as the want arises.
