QUALITY ASSURANCE CO-ORDINATOR
SALARY : R382 245 per annum
CENTRE : Garden Route District Office
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualifications: Appropriate 4-year Health related Diploma/degree or equal qualification that is registrable with any of the statutory our bodies of South Africa. Experience: Appropriate ride in Quality Assurance (QA). Appropriate journey in Infection Prevention Control (IPC), Occupation Health and Safety (OH&S). Appropriate ride in fitness science exercise and fitness offerings management. Inherent requirement of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to tour extensively within the Rural Districts. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Experience in Management. Ability to analyse and interpret Health Systems Information, assemble reports, and current the facts to direct planning. Knowledge of Project and Financial Management. Good organisational, interpersonal, innovative trouble fixing and lookup skills. Computer literacy (Ms Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to speak correctly (verbal and written) in at least two of the three legitimate languages of the Western Cape.
DUTIES : Support the Health Establishment team of workers with the implementation of the Ideal
Clinic Realisation and Maintenance (ICRM) and Ideal Hospital. Realisation and Maintenance. Ensure the renovation of the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) standards. Establish measures that will make sure fitness and security of personnel and users. Support the addressing of healthcare risks. Help construct the competency of body of workers via identifying, planning, and addressing Quality Improvement (QI), Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and Occupational Health and Safety coaching wishes and retaining and updating the Health Establishment coaching facts base. Monitor statistics first-rate in the Health Establishment.
