PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a keep group to meet enterprise KPIs which includes riding sales, price control, mitigating dangers and inventory loss, administration, and making sure world-class shop standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase income through focusing on patron carrier and world-class keep standards, upkeep of the keep image, inventory administration and promotional implementation
Stock loss is minimized by means of having a wholesome save lifestyle and following safety measures, inventory and money dealing with procedures.
Manage fee in accordance to the employer low price way of life by using using efficiencies in the store.
Ensure administrative obligations inside the shop are completed in accordance to the enterprise guidelines.
Leading a dynamic group of Dynamos – taking accountability for group training, coaching, and performance.
Standards – preserve well-known health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Proficient in English.
Relevant tertiary training – a degree/diploma in a business/retail-related subject would be an advantage.
Ideally 1-2 years ride in a retail surroundings inside a leadership role.
Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – will be an advantage).
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
