REQUIREMENTS : Standard 10/Grade 12. An terrific three (3) years National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/ Public Management. 3-5 years’ journey in Human Resource Planning & Development. Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Abilities Broad know-how and appreciation of HR Management with emphasis on skills improvement and planning. In depth know-how of all applicable rules and white papers in HR Management. Good verbal and written conversation skills. Computer literacy, which include information of computerized Personnel and Salary Systems (PERSAL). Extensive Knowledge in HRD & Planning. Valid Driver’s License. Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power-Point, MS Outlook) (Computer Certificate will be an introduced advantage)

DUTIES : Manage and diagram capabilities improvement and planning. Coordinate and display the implementation of the Human Resource Development Strategies (HRD) and tasks in the Hospital: Internship, Bursaries, Workplace built-in learning, Learner ship. Conduct coaching and manipulate education wishes analysis. Manage the functioning of HRD and planning thing in the group in order to make sure the provisions of excessive first-class services. Develop and hold a database for HRD coaching programmes. Compile In-service Training Plan for the complete medical institution and reveal implementation. Control and display the utilization of finances allotted to HR development/planning. Facilitate the development, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of capabilities development and management programmes. Manage and screen the implementation of EPMDS for all team of workers in the institution. Coordinate & Facilitate in the orientation and Induction of employees. Coordinate and Monitor the improvement Employment Equity Plan & HR Plan. Coordinate and put in force grade progression.
