REQUIREMENTS : ABET stage four or NQF degree 1 to three with no experience. Poses excellent conversation skills, be in a position to work shifts which include weekends and public holidays. Be capable to rotate when required. Honest and reliable. Poses bodily power and to cope with bodily needs of the position. Be capable to work as a team.

DUTIES : Perform widely wide-spread assistant work: Load and off load furniture, tools and any different items to applicable destination. Clean authorities vehicles. Clean applicable work station. Provide high quality workplace and property care aid offerings Control the get right of entry to of workplace accommodation. Safeguard all grasp and spare keys belonging to the building. Oversee and put together boardrooms and lecturer theatres for conferences and gatherings. Perform inventory taking of areas. Provide events established work, compliance and protection services: Open home windows each day for hygiene and contamination manipulate purposes. Damp and dry dusting. Empty dustbins in all the specific areas. Remove office items/furniture from one place to any other for superb cleansing Report protection and hazardous threats in the cleansing environment. Clean and take applicable care of cleaning equipment. Store and protect cleansing cloth and Equipment. Report electrical or mechanical malfunctioning of cleansing machines and different associated equipment. Requisition and top off cleansing fabric as and when required. Remove and keep waste in the special areas.
