REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12/ABET NQF four with 12 months trip in meals preparation. Other Skills/ Requirements: Good verbal exchange and interpersonal skills. DUTIES : Cooking in accordance to menu plan, meal serving, distribution of ingredients to the wards. Preparation of everyday and therapeutic diets. Prepare meals parcels and all different distinct requests. Be organized to pursuits duties and to function meals carrier equipment. Lifting of heavy meals baskets and pushing of trolleys. Apply hygiene and security measures in the region of work in accordance to hygiene and protection guide and deliberate work schedules. Be organized to relieve in all areas of meals provider unit when required. Wash dishes and all different utensils and tools used. In the meals provider unit. Be inclined to bear non-stop education and improvement program. Perform any different responsibilities delegated through your supervisor.
