REQUIREMENTS : Applicants need to be in possession of a Grade 10 Certificate / Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET) qualification and a legitimate driver’s licence. Minimum of 7 months applicable experience. Job associated knowledge: Knowledge of the city(ies) in which the characteristic will be performed. Job associated skills: Organising skills, Good conversation abilities (written and verbal), Interpersonal abilities and Basic literacy. A dependable and innovative man or woman who is organized to work beneath stress and as phase of a team.
DUTIES : Drive mild and medium automobiles to transport passengers and supply different gadgets (mail, documents, workplace equipment). Collect, distribute and manage motion of documents. Do hobbies upkeep on the allotted car and record defects timely. Perform every day pre and submit day trip car inspection to make sure that the automobile is constantly in the nice condition. Complete all the required and prescribed documents and logbooks with regard to the car and the items handled. Maintain correct and up to date agenda day out sheets i.e. log respectable trips, each day mileage. Collect and supply documentation and associated gadgets in the Departmental / Branch or any different issue inside the Departmental associated exterior parties. Ensure acceptable and impervious manage over motion of documents. Assist in registry functions. File incoming correspondence and assist hint the file. Copy and fax documents.
