REQUIREMENTS : A B-Degree or NQF degree 7 qualification in Science (BSc) or Social Science. Five (5) to ten (10) years’ trip in Water Resource Management. Five (5) years’ journey at a middle/ senior managerial level. Programme and Project administration experience. Knowledge of commercial enterprise and administration principles, Knowledge of strategic planning, aid allocation and human resource, Knowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations, Knowledge of Public Financial Management Act. Knowledge of mission administration and trouble fixing and analysis
DUTIES : Provide management within the directorate. Advise pinnacle administration and legislature as properly as applicable region our bodies on insurance policies and techniques applicable to the Department. Communicate successfully with a variety of stakeholders in applicable sectors about departmental programmes as nicely as promote involvement and participation. Ensure facilitation of the institution of Catchment Management Agencies (CMAs) and different Water Management Institutions (WMIs).
