Duties and Responsibilities
Setup, preserve and function laboratory gear
Prepare and preserve shares of chemical reagents and microbiological reagents/cultures/media
Operate laboratory tools in line with the widespread working methods and properly maintained
Ensure that lab manner are observed in accordance to fashionable techniques
Maintain all security strategies in the laboratory
Ensure that the lab is easy at all instances
Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GLP) is maintained
Conduct sampling and checking out
Prepare and analyse samples
Releasing of Raw and Packaging substances
Perform movements QC/laboratory analysis
Report of Non-confirming and retesting and sending the closing file is critical
Record all consequences neatly and need to be filed as required
Ensure that all processes are observed earlier than releasing the last product to the market
Ensure that the laboratory gear are calibrated and have to be monitored at the starting of every shift
Report gear wreck downs in time
Safety in the laboratory
Follow all protection methods in the lab. (e.g. carrying of PPE)
Know all emergency methods e.g. eye wash station, protection reps and first aiders.
Report all security incidents
