We are searching to recruit Graduates/ Interns to work inside the Accounts Payable branch of Clicks Group Services. To aid in the usual administrative duties as nicely as perform
reconciliations. The function will be primarily based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will file to the
Supervisor (Finance).
Internship Responsibilities:
To help with the indexing and archiving of documentation
To aid with the shooting of invoices on the system
To furnish reviews as and when required
To increase queries to gorgeous location for decision and comply with up
To aid with the reconciliation of accounts
To whole administrative obligations to the prescribed pleasant requirements as and when required
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant qualification from a regarded FET/ HET/University (Essential)
Accounting information essential
Computer literacy (Excel, Word,) (Essential)
Proficiency on e mail desirable
Skills & Competencies:
Numeracy and Analytical skills
Strong interest to detail
Verbal and written verbal exchange abilities ch
Good time administration skills
Ability to observe policies and procedures
Ability to work on very own initiative
Problem fixing skills
Ability to work with human beings and in a team
