REQUIREMENTS : Appropriate Trade Test Certificate in mechanical engineering. Ten (10) years post qualification trip required as an Artisan/Artisan Foreman. Valid driver’s license (attach copy). Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).

DUTIES : Manage plumbers, carpenters, painters, constructing and building workers. Planning and organizing of work in accordance to the price range implementation. Construction and upkeep of civil buildings on the scheme. Standby and after hours’ services. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Manage civil protection groups and workshop. Ensure compliance with prescribed specifications and requirements to make certain secure and serviceable infrastructure via deliberate maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled
repairs and refurbishment projects. Manufacture gadgets from very own planning and drawings. Source, liaise and attain quotations from suppliers and make certain product compliance to specs and standards. Manage and consider body of workers overall performance on an on-going basis. Manage administrative and associated functions. Ensure compliance with Occupational fitness and safety. Conduct inspections, dam protection inspections and asset verifications.
