Purpose of the Job
To supervise all personnel in the warehouse to make sure that all each day objectives are met. Ensure that operations pertaining to picking, checking and packing are supervised and the applicable insurance policies and processes are complied with. Responsible for preservation and making sure recognized carriers habits offerings as agreed.

• Responsible for education employees; planning, assigning and directing work; and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Monitor and sketch workload daily
• Direct supervision of the everyday things to do in the warehouse

• Receive and analyse reviews to make sure correct picking/checking takes location
• Complete each day reviews and publish to applicable Manager

• Ensure offerings take area on Pest Control, Generator, HVAC gadget (Aircons), Alarm machine and Camera system
• Electronic submitting of all Job playing cards and associated invoices for upkeep associated work
• First factor of contact in the DC for all maintenance, safety and cleansing bearing on issues
• Follow on all pending protection associated troubles timeously
Qualifications
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualified Post Basic Qualification advantageous
• Logistics/Management Qualification advantageous
Experience
• three -5 years ride working in a Distribution Centre
• two – three years Supervisory experience
• Maintenance experience
