Purpose of the Role:
To perceive and screen coaching wants throughout regions, song and record on succession planning for key roles, and supervise the things to do of all Regional Trainers.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
A minimal of 5 years latest trip in retail training, ideally in a Regional Trainer role
NQF 5 with Assessor/Facilitator and Moderator certificate;
Valid driver’s license – this is now not negotiable
Ability to tour extensively
Proficient in Excel
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate a group of Regional Trainers to make sure that all education goals are achieved
Conduct education for employees and regional trainers
Assess and reasonable learnerships, skills, and operational training
Identify and tackle education gaps inside regions
Monitor and make sure the nice of education and assessments
Mentor and tune the development of learners
Prepare and manipulate education schedules and logistics
Oversee succession planning and team of workers supervision
