Key Responsibilities
Planned Maintenance
Maintain and screen all structures utilised for the deliberate renovation the BILT fleet such as however no longer restricted to OEM systems, BIL schedules, R2MS, carrier company and consumer systems.

Tyres

SLA Management

Permits / Licencing / Tracking / Fleet Cards
Ensure that all permits, licences, Bidtrack Tracking, Bidtrack Recovery, Bidtrack Cameras and fleet playing cards per automobile are tracked and renewals, replacemnets and repairs are performed timeously. Includes however no longer constrained to Licence, COF, Port Permits, Cross Border Permits, Fire Permits, monitoring units, recuperation units, camera’s, fleet cards.
Washing / Branding
Ensure that all automobiles are washed minimal as soon as per week. Ensure that all branding is carried out in line with BIL specifications.
Administration
Ensure that all asociated administration is carried out in accordance to BIL insurance policies and processes.
Collate all essential files for executed work and replace systems, automobile files.
Ensure that all components inventory and equipment is correctly managed and utilised.
