REQUIREMENTS : A Senior/Grade 12 certificate. Experience in clerical and administrative duties will serve as an advantage. Knowledge and grasp of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of administrative processes and policies. Computer literacy in MS word, Outlook, Excel and Power point. Knowledge of submitting structures and archives. Knowledge of cellular telephone administration. Ability to work below pressure; sturdy interpersonal relations; planning and organising skills; verbal exchange (verbal and written) skills.

DUTIES : Provide administrative assist to Auxiliary Services. Compile VA2 of the section. Record all incoming mail and invoices from Stakeholders. Prepare and assemble submissions as per the request. Issuing of get right of entry to playing cards to team of workers and visitors. Order get right of entry to playing cards and hold registers. Ensure perfect submitting system. Perform switchboard duties. Ensure that clients are referred to right away and correctly. Take messages and administer the right distribution thereof. Supply simple records to clients involving the Departmental services.
