We have an interesting and new chance for an skilled Designer to efficaciously layout and create new unique outerwear technical drawings, or revise present worldwide designs for industrial use throughout Womens areas inside Ackermans.
Qualifications • A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
• Relevant Degree (e.g. Fine Arts/Design) or Diploma (e.g. Art/Fashion/Clothing design)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Knowledge required:

• Computer Literacy (MS Office)is a requirement
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skillability will be an advantage

Skills required:

• Excellent planning, organizing and time administration skills
• Attention to detail, thoroughness and persistence.
• Creative graph skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

The capacity to:

• Be resilient, have tenacity and keep excessive ranges of power and initiative

Experience required:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ trip in apparel graph as CAD Artist/Designer with tested journey in Apparel.
• Proven journey in producing technical drawings.
• Graphic diagram ride will be an delivered advantage
Key Responsibilities • Execute in accordance with merchandise seasonal plan
• To plan specified outerwear technical drawings to aid the merchandise approach for the applicable portfolios
• Ensure all product designs are in line with manufacturer positioning
• Produce format certain technical drawings for Trend & Design Specialists and Buyers for seasonal workshop notes and to short suppliers for garment fee and to current in vary reviews
