Qualifications
Essential:
Grade12/Matric certificate

A applicable tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or Clothing Management or associated field

Key Responsibilities
1. To execute all administration touching on to the procurement process:

To seize and screen all buy orders
To replace and aid with the fashion cards
To constantly replace and hold all filing
2. To successfully manipulate all samples all through the complete Merchandising cycle:
To correctly manipulate all samples that are acquired and sent
To continously organise and hold samples and pattern rails
To furnish on-going help with all duties associated to the managing of samples
3. To talk and follow-up efficaciously with all applicable inside and exterior customers/role players/key relationships:
To aid with managing on-time shipping by way of following-up on Red-seal samples, Green-seal samples, Fit samples and Marketing samples
To speak in an high quality manner
To formulate trusting partnerships with key stakeholders
4. Provide standard help to the Buyer/s:
To continously aid and help the purchaser all through all levels of the Mechandising Cycle
