Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To be a crew player, merchandising sales, lowering inventory losses, managing stock, serving customers, working on the till, and retaining a low value way of life in order to meet enterprise goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase income by means of focusing on extremely good client carrier and world-class shop standards, preservation of the save image, presentation of stock, inventory management, promotional implementation and right pricing of merchandise in accordance to our rate photo guidelines.
Stock loss is minimised with the aid of having a wholesome shop subculture and following safety measures, inventory and money coping with procedures.
Manage a low fee commercial enterprise in accordance to the organization low fee subculture by means of riding efficiencies in the store.
Handle money at the money register, in accordance with organisation coverage and procedures.
Being section of a dynamic group of Dynamos.
Maintain usual health, security and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12.
Proficient in English.
Ideally 1-2 years journey in a retail surroundings will be an advantage.
Computer Literate.
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
A ardour for retail is critical to supply a world-class client experience.
Demonstrate integrity and willingness to go the greater mile.
Ability to sketch and organise your day by day duties.
Comfortable working beneath stress in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work retail hours.
