We are presently recruiting for a Bakery Manager / Confectioner to be part of our dynamic team, based totally in Stellenbosch (Western Cape).
Duties & Responsibilities
The reason of the Bakery Manager / Confectioner is to manufacture confectionery merchandise to great standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Cyclical Production Plans
Control components used in baking Confectionery
Control stock
Hygiene & Housekeeping
Supervise staff
Customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
At least three years baking experience
Matric / NQF stage four equivalent
Recognized technical qualification in Confectionery
The incumbent need to be organized to work shifts
Creative aptitude for product presentation
