HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

SALARY : R147 459 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) /Grade 9 (Std. 7) Experience: Appropriate supervisory and practical/applicable journey in a cleaning/housekeeping putting inside a fitness environment. Inherent requirement of the job: Willingness to work shifts, consisting of weekends, night time duty, public vacations and standby duty. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of contamination prevention and control, hospitality, protection and hygiene standards. Proficient (verbal and written) in at least two of three authentic languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work in a group environment, independently and self-driven. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel).

DUTIES : Responsible for normal planning, control, organising, performing and coordinating duties associated to household, meals serving and hygiene services. Ensure the high-quality use, maintenance, ordering, safe-keeping and monitoring of elements and equipment.
